Duties: * Maintains workflow by methods of; Accounts Payable Data Entry and New Hire process * Resolves administrative problems by preparation of reports and identifying solutions.
* Provides information by answering phones with questions and requests.
* Maintains office supplies; anticipating needed supplies; verifies receipt of supplies.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
