PC Help Services & indeedIT
We are looking for a friendly, experienced, receptionist/administrator/office manager who enjoys working with people. This position is with a fast-growing computer repair and consulting company in our retail shop in Carmel, Indiana. Responsibilities include answering phones, making appointments and assisting customers as they drop-off and pick-up computer systems, sorting and scanning mail, posting payments and depositing checks, filing and invoicing along with other office tasks.
PC Help Services (for residential customers) and indeedIT (for business customers) are two sides of an IT services company providing assistance with computer repair and cleanup along with installation and support of servers, desktop and laptop computers, wired and wireless networks and network security, email and collaboration systems, and peripherals along with helpdesk services.
Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm (1-hour lunch)
Approximate start date: ASAP
Duties and Qualifications:
General knowledge of computers is helpful.
Organized, efficient, and able to meet deadlines and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Prioritize and maintain schedules for multiple technicians and projects.
Handle phone calls for support tickets, questions, directions, appointments and questions with documentation.
Organize, respond to, and maintain email with support tickets and tasks.
Utilize Microsoft Office and various specialized business software (training provided as needed).
Articulate services we offer and pricing for on-site and in-house services.
Complete office duties such as receiving mail, posting payments, depositing checks, and other tasks.
Open/Close storefront office independently as required.
