Outbrain, Marketing | Product Marketing Specialist , Demand JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Product Marketing Specialist will support the global Product Marketing team in delivering core materials and messaging for Outbrain s advertiser-focused products.
This role requires a self-starter who is able to identify what s needed for product launches of various sizes from planning to execution to launch.
You ll play a critical role in ensuring business teams are armed with the assets they need to pitch Outbrain s newest offerings.
This role will work with various stakeholders across Product Marketing, Product, and Business teams to handle internal and external communications that support sales efforts and drive product adoption. Key Responsibilities:Serve as a key stakeholder in Outbrain s Demand-Side (advertiser facing) Go-To-Market tracks, working with Product Marketing Directors to strategize GTM support needed for product launches. Anticipate and strategize communication needs and sales enablement needs for each product launch, and handle internal communications to business teams around GTM efforts.Create both sales-focused collateral (one sheets, sales decks, internal talking points) and technical collateral (help center articles, release notes, documentation) with clear product messaging and positioning for new and existing products to better enable Sales and Customer Success Teams.Work with global stakeholders across multiple departments to build messaging and product support that resonates with all of Outbrain s global markets from the US to Europe and APAC. Ideate strategies (release notes, internal webinars, etc.)
to keep internal business teams informed of recent product updates and developments.Support Outbrain s internal survey process for gathering product feedback from Sales and Account Management teams; and review and analyze results. Support team members in creating competitive analyses and other business research to help inform marketing strategy and keep sales teams informed of the top trends in advertising.Develop content and messaging for the Outbrain Dashboard (customer interface) and Outbrain blog to increase product adoption and usage. Support external marketing efforts of Outbrain products including website copy, landing pages, webinars, email copy, and other marketing programs.
