Property Records Information Coordinator:
Performs a variety of technical functions in the maintenance of the property records database; performs complex data manipulation to ensure databases are maintained for appraisal valuation purposes, electronically cross-references databases for completeness & develops procedures for analysis & statistical measures.
Strong customer service skills req'd for dealing w/ internal & external customers.
Must possess strong oral & written communication skills; be proficient in MS Word, Excel & Access.
HS diploma or GED; & 2-3 years of related experience.
FT + benefits $16.68/hr. Property Records Tech:
Seeking friendly front office candidate w/ a background in customer service.
Responsible for greeting customers in person & on the phone, providing information on matters of ownership, basic appraisal law, & office procedures; performs a variety of clerical duties in the maintenance of real estate ownership records.
Ability to multi-task & strong computer skills req'd.
FT + benefits $14.16/hr. Deadline for both positions 5 PM 2/22/18.
