Luther College is seeking a full-time Manager of Student Accounts. The Manager of Student Accounts will oversee the overall operations of student financial services including but not limited to billing, receivables, and cashiering functions of the college. Manager will maintain the integrity and timeliness of student account charges, credits, adjustments, and refunds; maintain and manage online payment systems; monitor student account balances including credit balances generated by federal funds to maintain compliance with all federal and institutional regulations.
A bachelor's degree in accounting or a business related field is required. At least two-years of relevant experience in collections and/or customer service is required as well as strong excel skills, ability to work independently and make decisions based on general guidelines. Experience in higher education and financial aid guidelines preferred.
